As Operations Manager, she plays a central role in the organisation of the firm, supporting areas including team coordination, client experience, marketing and compliance. Much of her work involves keeping important processes moving, maintaining high standards across the business and helping ensure clients feel well looked after at every stage.
Jo is highly organised, detail-focused and proactive in her approach. A large part of her role is supporting the wider team so they can continue delivering a calm, thoughtful and efficient service to clients.
